Booth rental fee $4,500 per space and includes the following:
- All premium locations in a more exclusive environment
- A themed hospitality zone to enhance interaction and good vibes
- One 6 foot draped table, booth I.D. sign, two chairs, waste basket.
- Registration and badges for up to three reps per space reserved.
- All exhibit hall food & beverage hospitality – including a themed reception.
- Admittance to General & Scientific Sessions.
- Listing in Web site, Show Directory and Program Book.
- Attendee Roster and Mailing List for Lead Retrieval.
- 24 Hour Exhibit Hall Security.
- Promotions and traffic builders.
- Access to group room block and room rates.
Attendees include practicing urologists and allied health professionals (APP, NP, PA) primarily based in the western US. We expect over 350 urologists and 40 allied health professionals.

Monday, August 7: 7:30 am – 12:30 pm & 3pm – 5pm
Tuesday, August 8: 7 am – 12 pm & 3 pm – 5 pm
Wednesday, August 9: 8 am – 12 pm
Wednesday, August 9: 12:00 pm -4pm

Each day in the exhibit hall includes a Networking breakfast (full buffet),
refreshment breaks, traffic builder promotions,
and a happy hour / reception on Monday and Tuesday evening.
